Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions. Massage therapy can be used as a treatment for both acute and chronic conditions. RMTs work with a wide variety of patients in the treatment of illness, injury rehabilitation and disability.

Jaimee Copeman, RMT

Graduated from Humber College with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. I am a Registered Massage Therapist and with good standings with the CMTO. I’ve been an athlete all my life, from playing Premier women’s soccer to being a Varsity Cheerleader at Humber College, and have worked in the fitness and rehabilitation industry for several years.

I recently obtained my Level 2 certification in Manual Lymph Drainage. With education in remedial exercise and clinical based approach treatments, my goals are to get you feeling your most optimal!

I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
